Aevean takes a rigorous analytical approach in all our projects to help clients make sound business decisions in the challenging aviation industry. As an Analyst, you will be a key member of our team, where you have the responsibility of performing key areas of analysis on assignments typically ranging from 6-12 weeks. 

Your role

Your day-to-day activities could include market data analysis, researching, benchmarking, building detailed (financial, operational, optimization) models, analyzing client data or evaluating improvement initiatives. You will be expected to synthesize your results and develop presentations to communicate findings internally and to the client. 

At Aevean, you will gain invaluable experience working with senior management from the start of your career. You will be given formal training, as well as ongoing mentorship, informal training, and will develop a strong consulting tool kit. As you gain experience and your performance matures, you will be given the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities in a meritocratic environment. Travel is highly likely across the globe.

Desired skillset

Aevean seeks the following in a strong Consulting Analyst candidate: 

• Master’s degree with a strong academic record from a top-tier institution
• Track record of achievements in extracurricular and professional endeavors
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative and conceptual skills
• Experience with Excel modelling and operations research knowledge is preferred
• Fluent English speaking and communication skills
• Accurate, attention to detail oriented, ability to work in a structured and proactive way
• Self-motivation and initiative to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines while still delivering a flawless product
• Willingness to travel internationally
