Your job
Aevean is a boutique advisory firm, focusing primarily on strategy development in the aviation and logistics industry. Our unique approach to consulting blends generalist consulting professionals with seasoned aviation experts. You will help our industry-leading clients to make network and fleet decisions, defining strategic directions, optimizing their commercial strategy or developing a sustainability roadmap.
Aevean takes a rigorous analytical approach to all projects to help our clients make sound business decisions in a continuously evolving and challenging aviation industry. As a Consultant, you will be a key member of our project teams, which typically work with a project manager and 1-3 analysts and/or others consultants. The duration of our assignments generally ranges from 6-12 weeks.
Your day-to-day activities could include drawing up project hypotheses, market data analysis, understanding client data, competitive benchmarking, building detailed (financial, operational, optimization) models, or evaluating improvement initiatives. You will also compile your results, developing presentations to show findings internally or to the client.
Part of your time will also be invested into contributing to thought leadership topics developed within our team. Frequent feedback after projects coupled with regular interactions with your performance manager (mentor) will help personalize the pace and direction of your growth journey.

Requirements
To receive an interview, candidates must have:
- Master’s degree with a strong academic record from a top-tier institution, combined with a proven track record in extracurricular and professional endeavors
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in either strategy consulting or the aviation/logistics industry
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills. Experience in data analysis techniques (e.g., Excel, Python, SQL or others) is a plus.
- Fluent speaker and communicator in English
- Affinity with aviation and/or logistics is a help, not a must
- Capacity and drive to solve complex problems
- Accurate, attention to detail oriented, and able to work in a structured and proactive way
- Self-motivation and initiative to work independently as well as part of an international team
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines, while still delivering flawless product
- Willing to travel internationally
