A leading Middle Eastern airport aimed to refine its cargo strategy in response to aggressive capacity expansions by neighboring airports and their home carriers.

Recognizing untapped potential, the airport saw opportunities to significantly increase cargo volumes and improve the efficiency of its cargo ecosystem, having thus reached out to us for advice on how to do so.

Outcome & Value Add

In close collaboration with stakeholders, we identified, quantified, and validated a comprehensive set of growth initiatives, not only for the airport itself but also for the broader cargo community in the region. This involved constructing a tangible list of initiatives and ranking them in terms of priority, detailing a course of action and identifying the key stakeholders and enablers required to support implementation.
