The client sought to establish a strategic partnership with a major Asian airline which focuses on handling and warehousing services. The partnership was intended to serve as a catalyst for boosting cargo activities within the client’s operations.

To ensure the former, our role was to provide a comprehensive review of the business case. This included detailed analysis of projected cargo volumes, evaluation of the partner airline’s network and market dynamics, identification of key growth drivers, and development of risk scenarios linked to geo-political developments.
Outcome & Value Add
Ultimately, the project highlighted trade imbalances, capacity constraints, and transshipment assumptions that could impact the traffic outlook. It also identified growth drivers tied to aircraft utilization and fleet renewal, and analyzed the impact of the Russia-Ukraine war on traffic outlook.
