Our first global offsite!

Last week, the full Aevean team finally got together in one place, with teammates from Malaysia, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, and Mauritius meeting up in Phu Quoc.

We spent five days diving into the things that drive how we work and support our clients:

• Getting on the same page and making sure our approach to combine market expertise, solid data, and smart decision-support tools is aligned across our teams.
• Leveling up our skills through a variety of training sessions to keep ourselves sharp as the aviation and logistics world keeps shifting.Actually hanging out in person:
• Strengthening the day-to-day collaboration between our different teams and office locations. It’s amazing how much smoother things get when you’ve shared a coffee (or a morning run / swim / beach sunset).

Being a global team means we don’t get face time often, which is exactly why it was so valuable. The week gave us a boost of energy and connection that you just can’t get virtually 🚀
