Vietnam becomes key air trading partner to US for laptops

A subtle but telling shift in supply chains:

Amidst the substantial decline in China-US air trade recently (mainly laptops and smartphones), Vietnam’s laptop exports to the US surged by approximately 8,000 tonnes over two months: equivalent to about 1.5 daily widebody freighter flights.
