You will help our industry-leading clients to make network and fleet decisions, defining strategic directions, optimizing their commercial strategy or developing a sustainability roadmap.

Aevean takes a rigorous analytical approach to all projects to help our clients make sound business decisions in the challenging aviation industry. As an Analyst, you will be a key member of our team, where you have responsibility of performing key areas of analysis on assignments typically ranging from 6-12 weeks.

Your role

Your day-to-day activities could include market data analysis, researching, benchmarking, building detailed (financial, operational, optimization) models, analyzing client data or evaluating improvement initiatives. You will also compile your results, developing presentations to show findings internally and to the client.

At Aevean, you will gain invaluable experience working with senior management from the start of your career. You will be given formal training, and through ongoing mentorship and informal training, will develop a strong consulting tool kit. As your performance and experience develop, you will be given the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities in a meritocratic environment. Travel is highly likely across the globe.

Desired skillset

Aevean seeks the following in a strong Consulting Analyst candidate:

• Master’s degree with a strong academic record from a top-tier institution
• Track record of achievements in extracurricular and professional endeavors
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative and conceptual skills
• Experience with Excel modelling and operations research knowledge is preferred
• Fluent speaker and communicator in English
• Accurate, attention to detail oriented, and able to work in a structured and proactive way
• Self-motivation and initiative to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines while still delivering a flawless product
• Willingness to travel internationally
